Shipping and Returns
RULES :
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. The invoice is electronic and made available to the buyer on their customer account.
www.nico-rcshop.com offers its customers delivery to their home or to a relay point network.
Failure to comply with the procedures set out below will result in no complaints from the buyer being accepted.
DELIVERY DELAY :
The current delivery time consists of the order shipping time plus the transport time.
Products for which the order has been validated and confirmed are shipped within 24 working hours from the actual receipt of the price, with the exception of orders paid by bank transfer.
Actual delivery times depend on the choice of transport method made by the buyer when ordering.
Average delivery times are 1 to 3 working days for France. The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France. They do not constitute strict deadlines. Nico-Rcshop cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or out of stock.
RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE:
We recommend that you refuse any damaged, opened or soiled package. He can, if he wishes and before signing the receipt slip, check the contents in the presence of the delivery person.
If in doubt, it is advisable to refuse the package and report the incident to www.nico-rcshop.com as quickly as possible.
Once the package has been accepted and received, no complaints will be possible with the carrier.
Nico-Rcshop cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during transport.
COMPLIANCE PROBLEM:
In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order, complaints must be sent as quickly as possible to “Customer Service” at www.nico-rcshop.com by email in the Contact Us section.
They must include the buyer's contact details, product references, reasons and supporting documents for the complaint. In this context, www.nico-rcshop.com may ask the buyer to send it the photographs and explanations necessary for rapid processing of complaints.
The return of the product in its original condition and packaging as well as all accessories guarantees the integrity of the material and proof of the cause of the complaint.
Failing this, we reserve the right to express any reservations regarding the complaint.
The costs of repatriating the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to comply with the procedure set out above, the buyer will not be able to make any claim for non-conformity of the products delivered, the products being then deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect.
FREE DELIVERY :
Delivery is free via parcel relay for France from €149. (Unless packages are too large)
DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

Colissimo: 
For a Colissimo shipment to mainland France, the delivery time is 48 hours (2 working days).
Chronopost: 
Your package is delivered the next day before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
DELIVERY IN EUROPE:
